Chelsea have now given him four ultimatum he must meet if he wants the Blues to sell him to Atletico Madrid this summer. Costa must prove his match fitness and he must put himself for contention for the first team. Meanwhile, it is not yet clear if Diego Costa would meet these requirements as the striker is currently in Brazil training alone.
