Costa claims the Blues are blocking him from returning to Spanish side Atletico Madrid after being told by Chelsea gaffer Antonio Conte that he is not part of his plans for this season. Conte ruled the former Atletico Madrid striker out of his plans for this season after the bust up they both had last term over the lather's proposed move to China.
